About Indigo

IndiGo is one of the leading airlines in India, which has been serving its customers since 2006. Pleasant, innovative, and memorable, the company stands tall in its values and delivers them across various mediums. 
After sticking with the initial version of the website for a markedly long time, it was time for IndiGo to get a more agile, vibrant, and modern look and feel for its website. Fresh concepts and features that were rarely used by other domestic airlines were added to it. Post-implementation of the suggested UX/UI, structure, and website interface, the visitors found it easier to look for flights and make better travel decisions

On continued interactions with the website, the lack of smooth content flow, easy access to all information required by visitors, and ease of booking were noticed.

Questions like ‘How quickly can the user book a flight ticket?’ or, ‘How smooth is the ticket booking process and post-purchase services on the website?’ were explored. To address these, the front end of IndiGo’s website was completely transformed and new features like online chats, e-wallets, miles programs, and tracking systems were introduced.
