About IndiGo

IndiGo is one of the leading airlines in India, which has been serving its customers since 2006. Pleasant, innovative and memorable, the company stands tall in its values and delivers them across various mediums.
After sticking with the initial version of the website for a noticeably long time, it was time for IndiGo to get a more agile, vibrant and modern look and feel for its website. Fresh concepts and features, which are rarely used by other domestic airlines, were added to it. Post-implementation of the suggested UX/UI, structure and website interface, the visitors found it easier to look for flights and make better travel decisions.

Upon continued interactions with the old version of the website, certain insights like smooth content flow, easy access to all information required by visitors, and ease of booking were noted to implement in the next version.
User experience needed to be enhanced by expediting flight bookings and upgrading the ticket booking process and post-purchase services on the website. To address these, the front end of IndiGo’s website was completely transformed and new features like online chats, e-wallets, miles programs and tracking systems were introduced.
